1. Free design service. Our experience allows us to guide you in the custom design work.
2. Free preliminary factory drawings on all houses that are ordered.
3. A free set of stamped architectural plans (3 copies) that are required to apply for a Building
and Zoning Permit. (A $5,000 value.)
4. Free Hot Water Heater.
5. Upgraded insulation from R-19 to R-21 in the exterior walls and from R-30 to R-38 in the
attic.
6. 2” x 6 studs, 16” on-center on all exterior walls.
7. Double floors between first and second floors for strength and quietness.
8. True plywood sheathing on Walls, Roof and Floors, not OSB.
9. Roof rafters 16” on center not 24”.
10. Luan under all vinyl flooring.
11. Low “E” Double-hung windows with tilt-in feature and screens.
12. First line quality kitchen cabinets, not “Builders or Contractors Choice”.
13. Moen, Kohler or Delta faucets.
14. Exterior electrical outlets included.
15. 7/12 roof pitch, upgraded from 5/12.
16. Two coats of interior wall primer paint.
17. Range hood is vented to outside.
Remember, don’t assume anything. Not all modular are made the same. If it is not specified in others’ estimates, it probably is not included.
